The Hague & Partners was one of 24 employers participating in the signing ceremony, which took place during the Charter Meeting Staff shortage? This is how to recruit valuable employees. Among others, Minister Karien van Gennip (Social Affairs and Employment), Søren Abildgaard (CEO T-Mobile Netherlands) and Jacco Vonhof (chairman MKB Nederland) spoke here about tackling the staff shortage. Besides The Hague & Partners, MOJO, Gitp and De Beroepentuin, among others, signed the charter.
Marco Esser, director: "The Hague & Partners strengthens the Hague economy by recruiting and retaining residents, visitors, congresses, and foreign companies and institutions. The aim is to promote the prosperity and well-being of the residents of The Hague. The city's strength is its strong DNA. We are a city of contrasts, which is what makes our city so refreshing. We also like to see this DNA reflected in our organisation. A diverse and inclusive organisation provides inspiration and commitment. This allows us to achieve our objectives even better. We already have a diverse workforce, but by becoming even more inclusive in the coming years, our organisation will be an even better reflection of The Hague society.''
