Our kitchen is as diverse as it is dedicated, focusing on fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients. Adjacent to our main kitchen, you’ll find De Bakplaats. Home to a traditional pizza oven flown in directly from Italy, it serves the entire Grote Markt with what are arguably the finest, most authentic pizzas in The Hague.
