This exclusive FAMtrip is open to international event planners who:
- Host events up to 500 attendees.
- Work within the fields of New Energy, IT & Tech, Life Sciences, Impact, Legal & Policy, Cybersecurity, or Peace & Justice.
- Are eager to explore The Hague as a potential host city for their future events.

- We promote sustainable travelling to The Hague. If your city is less than five hours away by public transport from The Hague, we cannot offer you a flight.
- If your city is more than five hours away by public transport from The Hague, we can only offer you a flight from an airport where KLM is operating. Of course, we can still cover the costs of travelling by public transport if you are more than five hours away.

Terms & Conditions

- Whilst every care will be taken to ensure your safety, The Hague & Partners as well as the other organizers involved in this trip are not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of personal property or food allergy reactions during the trip.
- During this FAMtrip, your (sustainable) transport, hotel, the offered lunch, diner, drinks and snacks are included. If you have arranged your own travel arrangements we will not reimburse the travel costs.
- If you have to cancel the trip, you can modify your booking to another colleague. If that is not possible, we will charge the costs as stated below.
Participation may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the FAMtrip.
If canceled within 7 days prior to the FAMtrip, the costs below will be charged to cover some of the costs that are already made. The costs depend from which region you are travelling.
- €330 from a national visit
- €365 from an European visit
- €530 from an intercontinental visit
In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the FAMtrip and in case of a no show, we are forced to charge the costs below to cover all costs already made. The costs depend from which region you are travelling.
- €660 from a national visit
- €730 from an European visit
- €1060 from an intercontinental visit
This registration is not a guaranteed participation. Unfortunately, the spots are limited, therefore, it might be the case we are not able to welcome you. We will contact you by email to confirm your participation.
- We will share your organisation and contact details with our partners so they can reach out to you after the FAMtrip. Please let us know  before the FAMtrip if you have any objections.

Photos and videos will be taken of participants during the FAMtrip. These can be used in any edited media for promotional purposes.
