Trains from Schiphol Airport to The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal) depart every 10 minutes, consistently leaving from either platform 5 or 6. The direct train connection from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to The Hague Central Station typically takes anywhere from 27 to 48 minutes, with the exact duration varying based on the departure time.

  • You can purchase train tickets either from the yellow NS machines at Schiphol Plaza or online via ns.nl/en. Seat reservations are not necessary, as there is always availability on departing trains.

Amare

By foot:

On pleasant weather days, why not enjoy a 10 minute walk from Den Haag Central Station to Amare? 

From Central Station:

  1. Head southwest on Kon. Julianaplein toward Rijnstraat (96 m)
  2. Turn left onto Rijnstraat (120 m)
  3. Turn right onto Turfmarkt (450 m)
  4. Continue onto Spuiplein, Amare will be on the left.

By public transportation:

Starting from Den Haag Centraal, you have several convenient options for reaching Amare. You can catch one of the following buses:

  1. Bus 22 (heading towards Duindorp)
  2. Bus 24 (heading towards Rijswijk)
  3. Bus 28 (heading towards Zuiderstrand)
  4. Bus 29 (heading towards Rijswijk)

The bus ride to Amare takes approximately 5 minutes. Be sure to disembark at the 'Nieuwe Haven' bus station, which is your stop. From there, it's just a brief 2-minute stroll to reach the stunning Amare building.

  • The round-trip cost for this journey is approximately €1.23.

Fokker Terminal
