Energized Events

The Hague Energized is organized in collaboration with young professionals from The Hague’s energy industry to deliver a vibrant experience. This event is open for all energy professionals from corporate or start-up, trainees and CEOs and takes place every quarter of the year. Every event is hosted and organized by another Young Energizer.

The current team of young energizers consist of Aramco Overseas, AECOM, Air Products, Dutch Marine Energy Centre (DMEC), McDermott, Neptune Energy, Repsol, Shell, The Hague & Partners, TotalEnergies, Unknown Group, World Startup, Weco, Worley and the Municipality of The Hague.

The Hague Energized at Amare - Hosted by AECOM

In early February 2024, The Hague Energized marked its sixth edition, hosted by AECOM. The event kicked off with a delightful breakfast session, complemented by jazz music, followed by an engaging panel discussion and networking session. The focal point of the panel discussion was "The Future of Road Mobility," moderated by Rogier Elshout. Distinguished panelists included:

The Hague Energized at Titaan - Hosted by Unknown Group

In September 2023, the Unknown Group hosted The Hague Energized for energy professionals at their brand new and beautiful innovation hub Titaan in The Hague.

Corporate innovation leaders as well as startup founders shared valuable insights on effective startup-corporate collaborations during their innovation panels. Also there has been discussed how the most impactful innovations could drive the energy transition, but as Jelmer said:

Jelmer Kalff, Co-Founder of Powercrumbs: "Driving the energy transition requires collaboration between different parties. It's a collective effort; you can't tackle it alone."

The Hague Energized - Hosted by McDermott

The Hague Energized was hosted by McDermott on April 20th, 2023. This event featured new energy developments around the North Sea, which followed by a social networking event. Exciting insights on the future of energy systems, infrastructure and artificial intelligence.
