BlowUp Jubilee: Grand Art Anniversary in the Heart of The Hague – 22 May to 21 June
The Hague – From 22 May to 21 June 2026, the city centre of The Hague will once again transform into a dynamic open-air museum with BlowUp Jubilee; the spectacular anniversary edition of the BlowUp Art The Hague exhibition. This special edition celebrates the five-year milestone of the iconic inflatable art exhibition and brings together highlights from previous years in one large-scale visual spectacle.
BlowUp Jubilee is a unique outdoor exhibition where air, colour, and design take centre stage. Throughout The Hague’s Museum Quarter particularly around Lange Voorhout and the Hofvijver playful and monumental artworks demonstrate how art can experiment with scale, volume, and form. The twenty installations are created by both national and international artists.
Art that embraces air
Curator Mary Hessing: “This anniversary edition marks an important milestone: all iconic BlowUp artworks from the past five years return, offering an overview of the evolution of this popular art project. Previous editions attracted thousands of visitors and received significant international media attention. With BlowUp Jubilee, we aim to build on that success and once again offer free art in public space for visitors of all ages.”
