Get to know Suzanne

Fun fact: I’ve lived in Madrid and London and grew up in Venlo. In total, I’ve moved 15 times across seven different cities, but The Hague is now the place I’ve lived the longest. So picking up different languages and dialects comes pretty naturally to me.

What do you like most about The Hague?
The Hague simply has it all: the beach, dunes, nature, museums, great food and shopping. And don’t forget the huge range of sports, festivals and events. There’s so much to choose from!
What is your favourite place in The Hague, and why?
The dunes, where I love spotting deer or foxes, or the beach – especially at sunset.
It’s Monday morning, 9.00 am. Where do you get your coffee?
I’m an espresso drinker, preferably in my own garden. And my guilty pleasure is a chai latte.
Which business in The Hague should more people know about?
I’m naturally a big fan of HUNA Camping & Outdoorshop on Regentesseplein and also Poush on Frederik Hendriklaan.
