Energized Events
The Hague Energized is organized in collaboration with young professionals from The Hague’s energy industry to deliver a vibrant experience. This event is open for all energy professionals from corporate or start-up, trainees and CEOs and takes place every quarter of the year. Every event is hosted and organized by another Young Energizer.
The current team of young energizers consist of Aramco Overseas, AECOM, Air Products, Dutch Marine Energy Centre (DMEC), McDermott, Eni Energy Netherlands BV, Repsol, Shell, The Hague & Partners, TotalEnergies, Unknown Group, World Startup, Weco, Worley and the Municipality of The Hague.

Mid September The Hague was buzzing with energy at the Nutshuis!
The Hague Energized brought together innovators, young talents, and partners to exchange bold ideas and fresh perspectives. From innovative presentations to interactive discussions, the event showcased how collaboration drives real impact.

The Hague Energized at Indigo - Hosted by Katoni
Professionals from the energy sector gathered at Beachclub Indigo in Scheveningen for the 10th The Hague Energized event, hosted by Katoni Engineering.
Through inspiring round table discussions, we explored the evolving role of oil & gas in the energy transition. The conversations flowed into a BBQ with seaside views.

The Hague Energized at Pathe Buitenhof
The 9th edition of The Hague Energized took place at the iconic Pathé Buitenhof — and what an inspiring night it was. We started with We the Power, Patagonia’s powerful documentary on communities reclaiming control of their energy future.
After the screening, we had the pleasure of hearing from a diverse panel of local changemakers — including Jan Prins (Siemens Energy & Siemens Gamesa), Hans van den Broek (The Shore), Marco van Steekelenburg (Haagse Stroom), and Bart van Velthoven (Gemeente Den Haag) — who each shared their unique perspectives on building more resilient and sustainable energy communities.

We're looking back at a great 7th edition of The Hague Energized, hosted by Air Products.
At this event, we were excited to showcase a start-up market featuring innovative companies and service providers leading the way in sustainable energy and hydrogen technology. During the event we offered the opportunity to learn more about these companies and win amazing prices while enjoying a HydroGin.
