Europol’s European Cybercrime Centre (EC3) is pleased to announce the 3rd EC3 Cyber Innovation Forum, which will take place on 28 and 29 October at Europol’s Headquarters in The Hague.

The EC3 Cyber Innovation Forum aims to foster collaboration, exchange cutting-edge insights, and identify transformative solutions to enhance EU law enforcement’s ability to prevent, detect, and investigate cybercrime.

A call for proposals earlier this year attracted numerous high-impact submissions. Selected authors will present their innovative projects during the conference, and the best proposal will be chosen and awarded. The selection will be done by a Europol jury and the attending audience.

Key highlights include:

  • Expert presentations and live technology demonstrations
  • Opportunities for cross-sector dialogue and networking
  • The Forum will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing for both onsite and online participation.

Participation is by invitation only and restricted to:

  • Europol staff
  • Participants from:
    • EU Member States and third countries with agreement with Europol
    • Academia & research centres
    • Private partners with agreements with Europol (members of Advisory Groups, MoUs, etc.)
    • EU bodies and agencies
